This form will help us determine if we are performing our services to you efficiently and adequately, or necessary improvements we may need.

If you recently attended the PASS Program in 2011, and you have received your results for a USMLE/COMLEX Step 1, 2, or 3 examination, we would greatly appreciate for you to take the time to fill out and electronically submit the 2010 Test Results form.

If you do not have the time to fill out one of the forms, then simply send us a brief feedback comment. We would love to hear from you!
