Housing

Florida housing is located within a 5 mile radius of the PASS Program South. We have contracted with several complex units throughout the area of St. Augustine. Majority of the units are 3BR/3B and housing will be limited to only 50 students. Once the apartments are filled, students will have to wait until the following month to obtain housing through the PASS Program South. Since we have a limited number of apartments, students wishing to stay in housing post course must be registered for tutoring.

Two weeks prior to the students start date, a "Welcome Package" will be mailed to each student containing all the information about the program: housing, class schedule, Rules of Conduct, hours of operation, and area amenities.

Housing Cost
4-week Housing: $800

6-week Housing: $1,200

8-week Housing: $1,600

Please add $100.00 refundable security deposit to your housing cost. Security deposits will be mailed back to each student a month after they vacate program housing, assuming keys are returned on time and the condition of the apartment is satisfactory during inspection following their departure.
