PASS Program USMLE Step 2 Clinical Skills (CS) Training Highlights

We now offer a 2-day, comprehensive Clinical Skills (CS) training program at our Champaign facility. Learn history taking, how to write the perfect note and practice patient encounters in this fast-paced program.

How does it work?

• Any two consecutive days of the week or weekends
• Arrangements can be made with at least a 3 day notice
• No minimum or maximum members are needed in a group
• Cost: $750 (housing: $50/day, if requested)

Format and Curriculum

1. Demonstrational "Day One"

• Standardized PASS Patient Encounters
  • Interview patients (physicians serve as patients)
  • Practice your physical exam techniques on PASS Program patients
  • Practice writing your clinical encounter note
  • Receive written "physician scored" feedback from history and physical skills

2. Practicum "Day Two" Simulated Exam

• Video recorded exam
• Six Standardized PASS Patients
  • Video Recorded Clinical Encounters
  • Patient/Physician scored feedback from each patient
  • Receive performance checklist and recommendations for optimal success
• Review your video recordings of PASS Patient Encounters with a PASS Physician
• Summary and analysis of your PASS CS Performance from a PASS physician
